To add additional information to a case you’ve uploaded, or to respond to a specialist, follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Open the case and scroll down to the Comments section
Step 2: Type your comment in the box
Step 3: If you want to add an attachment, click the Add button
Step 4: When you are ready to upload your comment,
scroll to the top of the page and click Comment in the top left corner
Step 5: Remain on the case page until you see the
green banner appear at the bottom of your screen saying Comment saved. Depending
on your internet connectivity and the size or type of files, this may take a
few moments.
