How do I add a comment or attachment to a case?

To add additional information to a case you’ve uploaded, or to respond to a specialist, follow the instructions below:

Step 1: Open the case and scroll down to the Comments section

Step 2: Type your comment in the box

Step 3: If you want to add an attachment, click the Add button

  1. Click browse files to select from saved files on your device, or drag and drop attachments directly into the field.
  2. You can edit the name of the attachments and add a description by clicking the edit button next to the attachment () then clicking Save changes
  3. Please Note: Only 10 attachments can be uploaded at one time. If you have more than 10 attachments to upload, you will have to upload them in groups of ten or less.

Step 4: When you are ready to upload your comment, scroll to the top of the page and click Comment in the top left corner

Step 5: Remain on the case page until you see the green banner appear at the bottom of your screen saying Comment saved. Depending on your internet connectivity and the size or type of files, this may take a few moments.

You should not exit out of your browser tab or go back to the main telemedicine page until your comment has been uploaded.
