When do I close a case?
A case should be closed when no further discussion is required. This may occur when the case no longer requires specialist input, or simply because the patient has left the facility and there will be no further updates to the case.
Closing the case is a necessary step, signaling to those working on the case that further support is not needed. It also provides you with the opportunity to give us feedback on the support you received.
Step 1: Scroll down to the bottom of the case to the section called Resolution and respond to the four questions using the drop-down menus.
Step 2: Scroll to the top left of your screen click Resolve.
This will close the case, alerting the specialists they are no longer needed. Once a case is closed no further updates can be added.
