How do I reopen a case that has been closed?

Once a case is closed, no additional information can be added. However, you can create a new case and attach a PDF download of the patient’s previous case as reference.

1. Download your case (PDF)

First, log in to your account and open the case you wish to download.

Step 1: Click Case (PDF) button in the top left corner of your screen.


Step 2: A new tab will open with the case PDF. Click the download arrow at the right of your screen. You can then save the file to your device.



2. Create a new case and attach the PDF

Once you have a PDF copy of the case, you can create a new case in your account and upload the PDF as an attachment

Step 1: Create a new case by clicking + Case in the left corner of your screen
Step 2: Fill in the mandatory case fields with the patient and case information
  1. In the Patient File Number field, enter the same Patient File Number that you used for the original case
  2. In the Question/Primary Reason field, please write that you are uploading a previously closed case, and that you have attached the case PDF to this new case. 
  3. If any details have changed from when you originally uploaded the patient's case, please ensure to include this information in the appropriate fields
Step 3: click Add attachment and select the patient case PDF you just downloaded
Step 4: click Submit in the top left corner of your screen
