I'm having difficulties uploading attachments to my case, what can I do?
If the files you are trying to upload are too large, or your internet speed is slow, you may have difficulty uploading attachments. You may notice that if you try to press Send, nothing happens, or you may see the error message below:
*Please note that your attachments will not uploaded unless you add a comment in the comment box (you cannot attach files without a comment).
Solutions:
If you are trying to upload multiple attachments at once, try instead to upload the attachments one at a time.
If this does not work, try adding your attachments to a compressed folder (Zip folder) and then upload this folder to the case. Instructions can be found here:

If you are having difficulty uploading large video files, you can try compressing the video file. Instructions can be found here:
