I am unavailable to answer cases right now, how do I update my profile?

It is extremely important to mark yourself as unavailable when you are unable to accept new cases. Updating your availability allows Clinical Case Coordinators to allocate cases only to available specialists, eliminating unnecessary delays for a response.

*Please note, you will have to mark yourself as available when you are ready to respond to cases again, the system will not automatically update your profile. You may want to set a personal reminder to update your profile when you are ready to support Telemedicine cases again after holiday or travel.


Instructions for marking yourself as Unavailable:

Step 1: Log in to your Telemedicine account, click the drop-down menu in the top right corner of your screen and select User Profile

Step 2: Scroll down to find the box that says Available

 

Step 3: Click the box to remove the check mark

 

Step 4: Enter the dates that you will be unavailable in the Details box below (e.g., I will be away and unable to answer cases from August 23-September 5)

Step 5: Scroll to the top right of your screen and click Save 


When you return: Mark yourself as Available again

Step 1: Log in to your Telemedicine account, click the drop-down menu in the top right corner of your screen and select User Profile

Step 2: Click the Available checkbox


Step 3: Delete the note in the Details box where you indicated the dates you would be unavailable

Step 5: Scroll to the top right of your screen and click Save
