Why am I seeing an error message that says “Insufficient rights” when I try to log in?
You may see the error message below when trying to login to
your account:
To login, try the following the steps below:
Step 1: Open a Private/Incognito browser window
Chrome Browser:
- Open Chrome as you normally would and click the three dots in the top right corner of your screen

- Click New Incognito Window
Firefox:
- Open Firefox as you normally would and click the three lines in the top right corner of your screen

- Click New Private Window
Safari:
- Open Safari as you normally would and click File in the top left of your screen
- Click New Private Window
Step 2: Once you have opened
the private/incognito browser, Copy & Paste the following URL into the URL
bar: https://connect.telemed.msf.org
Step 3: Enter your account credentials as normal and
login
*If you are able to login successfully following these
instructions, we recommend clearing the cache on your browser to avoid this
issue in the future (for instructions, click here: Clearing Cache Instructions)
