How do I save my case as a draft so I can finish it later?

If you would like to save a copy of your case and come back to it later, you can save the case as a Draft.

To save your case as a draft: click SAVE at the top of the case form. Clicking SAVE will allow you to come back to it later and add more information.

When your draft has been saved, a green banner will appear at the bottom of your screen with a link to the case draft:

Submit your finalized draft: When you’re ready to publish the case and receive specialist feedback, click SUBMIT

Delete your draft: If you change your mind and no longer wish to send your case, click DELETE
