How long will it take to receive a response from a specialist?
The average time for a first response to a case is 24 hours,
though this can vary depending on the amount of details provided, case
complexity, and the types of medical subspecialties needed.
You can tick the “Urgent” checkbox when you create a case to
alert the case coordinators, however this does not guarantee that the case will
be answered more quickly.
